During my recent stay at Casa Pia, I found the value proposition to be decent but not without flaws. Despite the appealing location, just a short walk from the city center, the room I was allocated fell short of expectations. Advertised as quiet, it turned out to have a palapa ceiling, making it incredibly noisy and prone to insects.On the positive side, the hotel's concept is simplistic yet comfortable, and the amenities such as air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi added to the convenience. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. However, for a property that markets itself as a luxury option, the discrepancies in room quality and customer service were concerning.In terms of a balanced assessment, Casa Pia may provide a reasonable quality-price ratio for some, but potential guests should be aware of the issues I encountered during my stay.
